Can you please explain 'Publication of a Code' (Elements of Business Ethics) in detail?

Publication of a ‘code’:  An enterprise must clearly define the ethical code of conduct to be followed in the organisation. The code may include quality standards for work, laws governing production, fair business practices and employee health and safety standards which is a must to be followed by all the employees.
