Can you please explain why[ma4b2] does not show optical isomerism please explain through images because I am getting on superimposable images for it.

Optical isomerism is shown by the compounds that have no axis of symmetry or plane of symmetry or centre of symmetry. 
cis and trans isomer of Ma4b2 contains plane of symmetry, and therefore they both cannot show optical isomerism. 
Eg.

This is because it is not a chiral compound. For chiral compound all for must be different which this is not the case here
