The entire physiology (of animals & plants) is of 18 Marks. The problem is that the marks are for the entire unit and they are not given according to the weightage of the chapter. However I will list down something which have higher probability of coming.

Glycolysis/Calvin Cylcle. (Electron Transport chain has lower probability as it is a very new topic and is also considerably harder).
Uses of minerals and whether they are micro/macro nutrients.
Uses of PGR
In humans
All the disfunctions given in the last pages of each chapter.
T.S diagram of organs.
Functioning of kidney.
Enzyme action in digestion.
Role of haemoglobin
Double Circulation (heart/blood)
Blood groups and what difference they have.
ECG (Heart)
Filament theory and types of muscle (Locomotion)
*Types of muscle can come under Structural organization in animals so better read that
Diff. b/w actin and myosin and their roles. (Diagrams of muscles with dark bands and light bands)
Axon diagram.
