Can you please tell me what is 2n=20?? And DNA is 2c?

The chromosome number is 2n refers to the diploid condition of chromosomes in the cell (n refers to haploid number of chromosomes) and the DNA amount 2C denotes the mass of DNA in the diploid chromosome set  (C refers to the amount of DNA in picogram).
