The HIV spreads through sexual contact or blood transfusion. The spread of HIV virus can be still only prevented by following methods:
1. Using condoms while sexual intercourse.
2. Using fresh unused syringes for injections.
3. Proper checking of donor's blood for transfusion.
4. Avoiding multiple sexual partners.
