centrioles are not present in plant cells ... so wht happen during anaphase in plants??? whr do the daughter chromosomes move? i had read in a guide about mitosis being abastral ab=nd astral depending on the presence or absence of chromosomes .. wht does tht actly mean?

During anaphase, diploid sets of daughter chromosomes separate and are pushed and pulled toward opposite poles of the cell. This is accomplished by the polymerization and depolymerization of the microtubules that help to form the spindle apparatus.
