Variation or change in quantity supplied
When the supply of a commodity changes due to a change in price (other factors remaining same), then it is refrred as a change in quantity supplied. Graphically, it is represented by a movement along the supply curve.  
Change in supply
When the supply of a commodity changes due to factors other price, it is referred as a chnage in supply. Graphically, it is represented by a shift of the supply curve.
