The queen of Brobdingnag is a dignified, royal lady who is impressed by Gullivers performance and flattery. She buys Gulliver from the farmer for one thousand pieces of gold, but only after asking about his willingness to live at the court. She is a kind and considerate lady, who agrees to keep Glumdalclitch at the court, considering her association with Gulliver. She easily gets impressed by Gullivers talks and becomes fond of his company at dinners. She loves to entertain herself by watching Gulliver sail a ship in a trough. She is a pleasant and powerful person in Brobdingnag. However, one does not notice any heroic qualities in her.

The queen of Brobdignag was a lively person who took interest in life. When she was told about Gulliver's tshow that his master was staging, she immediately sent for farmer. She had bought for 1000 pieces of gold. She took care to get comfortable bed and clothes for him.She got improvished a pleasure boat and a pool for him for his entertainment as well.
