first we calculate the N/2 value  =  ½ {no.of valence electrons of central atom + no. of monovalent atoms + anionic charge - cationic charge}

for the first compound it comes out to be 6
Now N/2 value = no.of lp +no. of bp
6   =    lp + 5
lp =1

So for lp =1 and bp = 5 shape is square based pyramidal
Similarly we can calculate for the rest also
