ClF3 molecule has a T-shaped structure and not a trigonal planar one.

Its definitely not A trigonal planar beacuse of the presence of two pair of unpaired electrons in ClF3+ . The geometry occupies the trigonal bypyramidal shape primarily and then we can assign the teo equatorial bonds the lone pair of electrons, So, the geometry becomes TSHAPED.
