comare and erostat frank and crocker harris ?

Both schoolmasters,Frank was young while Crocker-Harris was middle-aged. However, they are two distinctly different individuals when it comes to their profession. Crocker-Harris seemed to be a stickler for rules as is evident from his adherence to the rule of form results being announced only by the headmaster on the last day of term which nobody else followed. Being a young teacher, Frank is likes relaxation of rules and he is also very approachable when it comes to interacting with his students. Taplow talks quite unreservedly in spite of Frank being a teacher but he would not have been able to do so had it been Crocker-Harris in Frank's place. Crocker-Harris gave extra work on the last day of school and did not consider it to add weightage in his appraisal of the student's efforts. He marked according to what they deserved, not one mark less and certainly not one mark more. Frank on the other hand seems to be lenient. While Frank prefers to be liked by his students,Crocker-Harris does not even like that and maintains his reserve at all times. Taplow refers to Frank being different from most masters on account of his youth and his discipline, science. He seems to suggest that Frank has a more open mind while Crocker-Harris being the teacher of classics is more in tune to discipline and decorum. Crocker-Harris and Frank have their respective ways of dealing with their students,if the former is extremely reserved then the latter is quite approachable but they are both liked by their students.
