The following points may help you:

Illiteracy and ill health form a vicious circle and hamper the growth and progress of the Nation.
An illiterate population is not aware of the basic hygiene, about nutritional standards for their families, hence become victims of ill health, disease.
They fail to provide a good education and also fail to maintain basic hygiene.
