b. A secular state, gives importance to all religion and people belonging to all religion gets equal justice. But ,in a religious based political state, importance is given only to the state religion and people belonging to other religion are devoid of many rights and justice.
c. Generally, a secular state is a democratic state like India whereas a religious based political state is a non democratic state like Saudi Arabia.
