Compare the lesson of death learnt by Kisa Gotami and Valli .
Kisa Gautami, after the death of her only son, was overcome with grief. She carried the dead body of her child in her arms and went from door to door seeking medicine to revive her dead son. Due to Buddha's wisdom, Gautami learnt a meaningful lesson.
On the other hand, Valli, in her quest to take the bus ride alone, is prepared for all the situations. Valli, an eight-year-old girl, does not seek any help from the conductor because of her confidence. Valli's wit and belief make the conductor refer to Valli as 'Madam'. Thus, there is no request for assistance, unlike in the situation of Kisa Gautami.
