papa: Oh!what happened

Ravi: He was crossing the road when two boys ,probably drunk and sped away.

papa: This is really sad. Drunken driving is punishable offense under the law but,................

papa: This is really sad. Drunken driving is punishable offense under the law but people are careless about such incidences.

In many cases, it is the parents who are to be blamed as they do not keep a check over their children who start driving at an an early age. These children do not even hold any driving license. 

Ravi: I agree, papa. I feel stricter law needs to be implemented. People involved in such activities should be punished under the law.
