it is so easy

first draw aline of 11 cm AB 

from A draw an angle 30 degree and bisect it

in same way from B draw 90 degree angle and bisect it also

where they intersect eachother there we get X 

draw perpendicular bisector by taking AX and BX 

where they intersect line AB there we gft Y and Z

JOIN IT TO X complete

angle A=15 degree

angle B= 45 degree

The  intersection point of rays of angles A and B meet at point X.

Construct perpendicular bisector of AX.

The intersecting point of the perpendicular bisector and AB is Y=30 degree.

Construct perpendicular bisector of BX.

The intersecting point of the perpendicular bisector and AB is Z=90 degree.
