Given  :  TS =  5.8 cm  TU  =  4.9  cm SU =  8.2 cm  ,

We know in parallelogram opposites sides are equal in length , So 

TS  = UV  =  5.8 cm 
And
TU  =  SV  =  4.9 cm

Now we follow these steps : 

Step 1 -  Draw TS = 5.8 cm. 

Step 2 -  With S as center and radius 8.2 cm, draw an arc. 

Step 3 -  With T as center and radius 4.9 cm draw another arc, cutting the previous arc at U. 

Step 4 -  Join SU and TU. 

Step 5 -  With S as center and radius 4.9 cm, draw an arc. 

Step 6 -  With U as center and radius 5.8 cm draw another arc, cutting the previously drawn arc at V. 

Step 7 -  Join SV and UV.
