Answer:
Given :   Perimeter of triangle = 13.5 cm
And
  F = 60° and G = 80°

To construct required triangle there are steps of construction :

Step 1 : Draw PQ = 13.5 cm

Step 2 : Draw  PQS an angle of  60°  , As :  Take any radius   and take center "  Q " draw a arc that intersect our line PQ at " T "  . Now with same radius and center is "  T  "  draw another arc that intersect our previous arc at "  U "  Now we join QU and extend it to S  , SO   PQS  = 60°

Step 3 : Draw  QPR an angle of  80° , As we know we can't construct 80° angle with help of compass , So we construct that angle with the help of protractor . And take any radius   and take center "  P " draw a arc that intersect our line PQ at " X "  . and line PR at "  Y "

Step 4 : With X and Y as centres, we will draw 2 arcs of convenient radius that intersect at W. Join PW and produce it. With T and U as centres, we will draw 2 arcs of convenient radius that intersect at V. Join QV and produce it, so that it intersects PW produced at E.

Step 5 : Draw  perpendicular bisector : LM is  perpendicular bisector of PE and NO is perpendicular bisector of QE .

Step 6 : Line LM intersect line PQ at G and line NO intersect line PQ at F .

Step 7 : Join EG and EF

Then  triangle EFG is our required triangle , Here   F = 60° and G = 80°  and EF +  FG  +  GE  =  13.5  cm                 (Ans)

And we can measure all sides of triangle EF , FG  and GE and verify that sum of all these sides  is  =  13.5 cm
