Continious tenses

Dear Student,

However, given below are some tips.
 
Tense Continuous Perfect Continuous
Past was/ were+ verb in -ing form had/have been + verb in past participle form
Present am/ is/ are + verb in -ing form has / have been + verb in past participle form
Future will be/ shall be + verb in -ing form shall have been + verb in past participle form

the tenses of + ing form is known as Continious tense.There are three  types  of  continious tenses . They are 
a. present  Continious tense
b. past continious tense
c. future continious tense
