When I entered the cinema hall, there was a great rush but the film had not started yet. It was very dark inside the hall. Someone came to show me the way and lit a torch. I was asked to move on to another row and sit in a broken chair. I got really angry and said "What do you mean? I can't sit here!" No answer came, as there was no one to listen to me.
