cos9 0 + sin9 0 cos90 - sin 90 = tan 540

divide numerator and denominator by cos9....and then substitute tan45 instead of 1.....you will get the 

(tan45 + tan9)/1-tan45 tan9......which can be written as tan (45+9)= tan54....
