Dear brother,

Its been a long time that we have written to each other. Hope you are keeping hale and hearty. I spoke to mother regarding your results and she seemed to be very disturbed. I am myself shocked at your changed behavior towards your study.

I want you to understand that student life is the most important phase in one's life. You must not waste this time neglecting  your studies. Please pay attention to what is being taught in class. Hard work and practice will lead you to success.
