Dear experts, recently I had put hot milk into my thermos ,which has two walls with vacuum btw them. After some hours I found milk's colour changed to yellow & it became curd. What the reason behind this result?
There are many reasons for this
1) Flask may not be cleaned properly
2) Insulation of the flask is not proper and may be the temperature goes down
3) Due to bacterial contamination in the milk it may be curdled.
