Dear experts, while writing an article can we use the word "I" in sentences to convey personal experiences?

we can write i but it will then be a personal article. if you want to write a personal article then you can write but if your not then i is not used .

I think instead if you speak it as a general experience of people the article would have a better look.

No i can not be used in articles...it is not mean for our own views..it explains general view about the topic..
So we can not use 'I' in articles...

I don't think we are supposed to write 'I' in an article. Instead of  writing 'I'  we can use "One" , 'We' , 'People'  , 'You' and more...
