Can we use the comma instead of a conjunction?
Example - i went to my home, i had lunch.

The given sentence is better written as: 'I went to my home and had lunch.'
You can use the given sentence for colloquial use. For example, while writing a dialogue, the given usage (I went to my home, I had lunch.) is correct.
Otherwise, it is better to use the conjunction 'and' in the given sentence.
