- Nation that seeks to empower women, in the long run, can become a developed nation

- Equal opportunities for both the sexes

- Educational rights should be encouraged for the empowerment of the girl child

- Increased importance and participation of women in economic and political decisions

- Need for awareness to change age old conventional orthodox norms

- Men might excel at their workplace, however, women can handle professional and personal life together

- Dexterity and dedication at workplace make women more appealing in jobs

- Better communication and inter-personal relationships by women should be encouraged.
