A diet is a thing which helps you to maintain you body or to make your body fit. Its contains all the nutritious food that contains nutrients and it is also known as proper meal..whereas meal means food..in meals it contains anything ; fried baked anything..like if you are eating chips or kurkure so it does not contain any nutrition but still you are eating it right. So this is the major difference between meal and diet..
