Define Ohmic heating.

Ohmic heating is also called as Joule heating. It generates heat by passage of electrical current through food which resists the flow of electricity.

Advantages:
1. better product quality
2. less cooking time
3. lower capital cost
4. better energy efficiency
5. most important environment friendly
