define somatotrophin and somatocrinin ?

Dear student,
Somatotrophin is the growth hormone released by anterior pituitary gland. It is peptide hormone which promotes growth, 
Somatocrinin is the growth hormone releasing hormone produced in hypothalamus which stimulates the release of somatotrophin.
