Dereserved means ??

Dereservation is one of the important policies that was followed under the policy of privatisation as a part of the New Economics Reforms. Dereservation implies opening up of those industries for the private sector that were exclusively reserved for the government sector. Under the dereservation policy the number of industries exclusively reserved for the public sector was reduced to three.
