DESCRIBE BRIEFLY THE COMPARATIVE ECONOMIC STATUS OF PUNJAB , BIHAR, AND KERALA?

a. In our comparative analysis of states Kerala, Punjab and Bihar- Punjab has the highest per capita income with Rs. 26000, followed by Kerala and Bihar. But this only gives a quantitative aspect and does not give a complete perspective of development.
b. If we compare other criteria that is literacy rate, infant mortality rate, we notice that Kerela has the highest literacy rate with 91% , followed by Punjab with 70 % and then Bihar which is 47%.
