Describe different types of habitat?

A habitat is a place where plant and animal live. There are different types of  habitat which are listed below:

• Aquatic Habitat
• Terrestrial Habitat
• Aerial Habitat
• Arboreal Habitat

(a) Aquatic Habitat: It is a place where aquatic animal live or we can say organism leaving in water termed as aquatic habitat. It may be further classified as freshwater habitat and marine habitat
(b) Terrestrial Habitat: An Organism living or breeding or moving on land and this habitat is termed as terrestrial habitat
(c) Aerial habitat: An Organism living in the air such as birds are said to be living in the aerial habitat.
(d) Arboreal habitat: The organisms living on trees are said to be living on Arboreal habitat. Example: Monkeys
