Describe Gulliver's encounter with pirates.

When Gulliver's boat is captured by the Japanese pirates, he unwittingly manages to insult the pirate ship's captain who happened to be a Dutchman. The Dutchman hence,  out of spite, sets Gulliver afloat on a canoe in the sea, with four days worth of supply, hoping that he would eventually perish.
