describe the flow of electrons between two oppositely charged conductors ,when brought is contact.

Hello,

When two oppositely charged conductors are brought in contact, the conductors may or may not retain charge. In case there are equal magnitude of charges on both the conductors, the charges will be neutralized. If the magnitude of negative charge on one conductor is higher than the magnitude of positive charge on the other conductor, then the net charge of the two conductors will be negative after being brought in contact. Similarly, if the initial positive charge was higher, then the net charge of the conductors after being brought in contact will be positive.
