Difference between cells and corpusules

Dear Student,

A cell is the basic structural and functional unit of life.
Cells are the smallest unit of life. For example, plant cell, animal cell, etc.
The main functional components of cell includes nucleoplasm and cytoplasm. These are together known as protoplasm. It includes all materials inside the cell including organelles.

Whereas, An unattached body cell is called corpuscle. Red blood cell is called corpuscle as they are minute, tiny and free floating particles.
