Difference between corpusules and cells

The only and important difference between cell and corpuscle is that cell is basic unit of life and is supposed to contain most of the cell organelles that are indispensable to survival.
On the other hand, corpuscles are cell like free floating particles present in fluid connective tissue (blood). They are highly differentiated cell-like objects that may lack important cell organelles like nucleus and mitochondria etc (as in case of RBCs).
