Difference between entropy and enthalpy interms of surface chemistry

Dear Student

Enthalpy may be defined as the energy supplied or take out from the system at constant pressure. It is denoted by H. It is mathematically defined as sum of internal energy and Pressure-Volume work.

  ΔH = ΔU  +  PΔV

Entropy may be defined as the measurement of randomness of system particles. It is denoted by S. For a reversible reaction

  ΔS =
