Power sharing is an important part of Constitution. Every region has some sort of power sharing. It is divided into 2 parts :- horizontal and vertical power sharing. Both of them are different from each other in following ways :-
- In Horizontal Division of powers, the power is shared among different organs of government such as, legislature, executive and judiciary. Whereas in Vertical Division of Power, power is shared at different levels, like, union, state & local levels.
