Difference between in the formula of
net current transfer from abroad and net current transfer from rest of the world

Dear Student
Net current transfer from abroad means donation, tax payment foreign aid and grants means a one  way payment for which nothing is given in exchange.
There is no formula for net current transfer from abroad and net current transfer from rest of the world. And they both are same.
