Difference between intrafascicular cambium and interfascicular cambium. Also give the difference between cells of cambium and medullary rays.

Intrafascicular cambium-
1.It forms a primary meristem.
2.It is present between xylem and phloem in open vascular bundles (lack cambium).
Interfascicular cambium-
1.It forms a secondary cambium.
2.It is present between two successive vascular bundles.
Cells of cambium divide to form secondary xylem and secondary phloem during secondary growth in dicot stem and dicot root.
The parenchymatous cells of medullary rays forms interfascicular cambium. They store and transport food material.
