explain

Dear Student
Bulbils are fleshy, bulb-like structures present in leaf axil and are a reproductive structure which can give rise to new plants when separated and planted. Eg.- Lilies.

Offset is a vegetative structure formed in vegetative propagation. It is capable of giving rise to new offspring. For example:- Water hyacinth.

Turions
a wintering bud that becomes detached and remains dormant at the bottom of the water.
