Different persons have different developmental goals sometimes these goals are conflicting.explain with example?

The developmental goals of every individual is not the same because their demand and needs are different .
for an example , a normal person may set his goal to buy a car , but for a beggar it may be to get food 3 times a day.
so different people at different strata have different goals .
