Differentiate between 2nd and 3rd principles of scientific management.

The second principle of Scientific management, Harmony not discord says that managers and workers should maintain a harmonious environment. It focus on mutual trust and understanding.

The third principle of Scientific management, Cooperation not individualism states that workers and managers should work with mutual understanding. It focus on complete cooperation among workers and managers.

a) Science, not rule of thumb: Each and very job and its method of doing should be based on scientific study and analysis rather than trial and error. Each task should be scientifically planned.

b)Harmony, not discord: There should be healthy cooperation between employers and employees. According to taylor, management should adopt an enlightened attitude and share the  gains of productivity with workers. Workers should perform their duty with loyalty and discipline.
