Differentiate between Tuber & Bulb.

Dear Student,Tuber- The axils of lower leaf give underground branches that get swelled to produce a tuber. Buds are the eyes of tuber from which a new plant can arise. E.g. potato, turmeric, ginger etc. Bulb is the modified underground stem that contains one or more than one bud enclosed in modified leaves that store food. E.g. onion, garlic. Regards
