We know that, 
F = - kx 
where, k = spring constant 
F = force
k = F/x
k = N/m
The SI unit of spring constant is N/m.
Hence, it can be written as kg m/m s² or kg/s².
The dimensional formula will be,
=> [M¹​​​​​​L⁰​​​​​​T^-2 ] or [MT^-2]
