The second phase of revolutionary goes with formation of HINDUSTAN REPUBLICAN ASSOCIATION by Ram Prasad Bismil, Jogesh Chatteerjee and Sachindranath Sanyal , whose aim was to organise armed resistance against the British . On 9 August a train to Lucknow was looted at Kakori.
Bhagat Singh was the famous revolutionary of this period.He formed HINDUSTAN SOCIALIST REPUBLICAN ASSOCIATION with his friends.
The most daring revolutionary activity was attack on the Chittagong armoury by Surya Sen and his associates.
