Disguised unemployment is one of the most dangerous forms of unemployment . Apparently the person is employed but is either underpaid or there is over crowding . In the agricultural sector we find that the phenomenon of disguised unemployment is very much prevalent . On a single land holding too many labourers are hired and they are usually under paid . Also people in the hope of earning atleast some money accept such under paid jobs . But this is not true for the agricultural sector alone . In rural areas we find over crowding in construction sites . Daily wage labourers are the ones most exploited .
