CRUST-
- Outermost Layer
- Upper part of the crust is sial and the lower part is sima.
- It is made up of soil and rocks.
- Average thickness of 8 to 60 km.
- Innermost part of the Earth.
- Radius of about 3,500 km from the centre of the Earth.
- Inner core is metallic and composed mainly of Nickel and Iron.
- Outer core is composed mainly of iron and is in a liquid state.
