Dear Student, No, all foods don't contain all the nutrients. Most of the food contains some of the nutrients. For example, Mustard contains pottasium,calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and dietary fibres. Salmon fish, mushroom, egg yolk contain vitamin D. Vegetables like potatoes,carrots rich in cellulose and starch. Regards.
