do only allosteric enzymes change structure in non competitive inhibition ??? also are allosteric inhibitors the only inhibitors that act in the way of non competitive inhibition ??? why are allosteric inhibitors low weight molecules ?

Yes, allosteric enzymes are the enzymes that change their structure in non competitive inhibition. In allosteric inhibition the inhibitor instead of binding to the active site, attaches itself to a different site. This attachment changes the shape of the active site in such a way that the natural substrate cannot recognise it and hence binding is inhibited.
Yes, they are the types of enzymes that act in this way.
